Solid bioclimatic pergola is another modern weather-resistant pergola made of an aluminum structure and a louvered roof with slats that can be positioned to slightly open or close. Solid pergolas feature a high level of practicality, design and the latest technical solutions that create an elegant combination of functionality and style.
During the summer months the possibility to slightly open the Solid bioclimatic pergola roof slats (tilt them to the desired angle) provides a huge advantage over simpler types of pergolas e.g. those with fabric roof systems. A slightly open roof will provide protection from direct sunlight and heat and enable a natural circulation of air inside the pergola.
This way you can enjoy the comfort of fresh air and cool temperatures even on the hottest days of the summer. You can also enjoy soaking up natural sunlight during the cooler months of the year just by tilting the lamellae of the pergola roof open.
2 adjustable roof positions: closed, slightly open
Solid pergola roof systems consist of mobile lamellae that control air circulation and amount of light entering the pergola. The slats can be opened and closed to the desired angle depending on the movement of sun throughout the day. These are the most commonly used positions:
